Duration: 55 min
This mat-based workout will take you through a dynamic, full-body workout that focuses on improving flexibility and core strength, with exercises that stretch and tone all muscle groups. Programming may vary from session to session to include, Stability Balls, Flex Band® exercisers, Toning Balls, Fitness Circle® resistance rings, and BOSU® trainers.
Class capacity is eight participants.

 

Group Reformer
Duration: 55 min
These classes are all performed on the STOTT PILATES® Reformer which uses spring resistance which adjust to any level. The pace is moderate, yet challenging and will tone and lengthen muscles, strengthen the core and provide an invigorating total body workout.
Class capacity is five participants.

 

Spring Wall
Duration: 55 min
Challenge your core and your muscles by working off the wall! These classes use spring resistance through various angles as you perform a full-body workout in a standing or sitting position. Spring resistance can be adjusted to fit your individual needs and challenge your workout.
Class capacity is four participants.

 

Cardio-Circuit Training
Duration: 55 min
Get ready for a challenging, non-stop workout! Get the cardio that you need, the flexibility you desire and of course the core challenge you expect! Cardio-Circuit Training classes alternate between exercises on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Cardio Tramp, Jump Board, BOSU®, and other smaller props.
Class capacity is six participants.

 

Cardio Tramp Reformer
Duration: 55 min
This is a fun, high energy class taken on the Reformer with a Trampoline surface in lieu of a footbar. Get your Cardio and Pilates done in 1 hour! This class is not intended for those with injuries or limitations.
