Reformer Flow

Duration: 55 min
                       
Show up and play on the Reformer. Whether you need to crank it up to challenge your muscles, or tone it down to challenge your core. Adjust your spring resistance to any level. The pace is moderate, yet expect to be challenged and tone and lengthen muscles, strengthen the core and provide an invigorating total body workout.

Raise the Barre

Duration: 55 min
A high intensity full body work out blending explosive Pilates reformer moves and Barre moves designed to tighten and tone every inch of you, while always maintaining pilates precision form and alignment! Get ready to "zip it up!"

P Power

Power up your yoga practice by combining it with the Pilates Reformer for the ride of your life. The moving platform will level up your stability, challenging your core, your alignment, forcing you to dig deep for your Prana.

Go Long, Go High - Cardio Tramp

This HIGH energy, low impact work out on the reformer is perfect for cardio lovers and (gravity free) kinder on your joints.  This core centered interval class is designed to sculpt your bodies' LONG lean lines while getting your heart pumping, legs burning, body sweating.

Plank You Very Much

Duration: 55 min
Challenge your stability and core for a total body workout. Planks on the "moving" platform - reformer.  
Planks on the box, side planks, reverse planks,
Planks on your knees, planks on your forearms, planks with weights, all  intermixed with squats, lunges, then make it to the finish line with feet in straps.
